Scott grew up in southeast London and always had an interest in property from an incredibly early age, from running around playing in the foundations of his aunt and uncle’s property developments, then going on to become their estates manager.
Scott moved out to Kent where he worked for a large firm of chartered surveyors overseeing large residential lettings and management portfolio before overseeing a large residential block management portfolio. He has built up a lot of experience in Sales, Lettings and Property Management over many years.
Scott is a fully accredited member of Propertymark working to best practices and conversant with all letting’s legislation, he has a big emphasis on building trust and transparency with his clients.
He is always at hand when he is not watching football or spending time with his wife, four children and his dog but will always go that extra mile to ensure the smooth running of either your Sale, Let or managed property from start to finish.
Kevin is certainly the joker of the office and loves to have a good laugh with his colleagues, however, takes his job seriously and quite often to another level.
In his spare time you may find Kevin being run ragged by one of his three daughters and is soon to be a grandad to a beautiful granddaughter.
For some ‘me’ time, Kevin dabbles in a bit of boxing and enjoys relaxing in the spa after and then trying to learn to walk again for a few days after a gruelling session.
When he’s not boxing or chilling out in the spa, he might be found on the golf course or refurbishing a property into a little gem.
Over the years Kevin has led and helped transform some agencies into market leaders and the next chapter in Kevin’s life was to set up his own (at last most have said).
What Kevin thrives on is helping buyers and sellers find their ideal property and the icing on the cake has always been when they have returned sometime after for his help once again having been extremely happy previously.
With 25 years of experience under his belt, Kevin wants all past, present, and future customers to benefit from his expertise and is always on hand to help anyone that needs it. Being professional or personal.
Compared to Scott and Kevin, George may be seen as the youngster of the team, however with 7 years’ experience under his belt, his professionalism and ability is not to be underestimated. He prides himself in delivering a 5-star service from the first phone call to handing over the keys. Having worked at 4 different offices in his previous role, George has picked up good knowledge of the Dartford and Bexley boroughs.
Outside of work George is often found playing golf (badly), although he is known to spend more time in the “19th hole”, he has also been a West Ham season ticket holder for over 10 years so is used to being disappointed, something he promises his clients will not be!
George enjoys exploring new cultures and often travels around the world. He is well-known by everyone for enjoying his holidays and is often thinking about where he can jet off to next, and whether he’ll be going with his girlfriend or the lads!
Although George loves to get away, when at home he is passionate about his work and constantly ensures he is attentive, transparent, and committed to all his clients. You can count on George to be available day or night; he will go above and beyond to guarantee customer satisfaction.
